Our prepress department serves as a complete center to automate the tools, operations and the processes of prepress. Your photographs, slides and transparencies are scanned on site and can be retouched at your request.

File upload (FTP) options are available, should you desire to send us your graphics files.

Using Computer-To-Plate (CTP) technology, your scanned files are assembled electronically, resulting in total management of ripping, trapping and exposure. Our high quality, dot-based, digital Kodak Approval is used for color proofing as well as our impositioned, digital color, large format EPSON proofing systems which give you a realistic representation of how your printed project will look.

We soon will be offering Kodak Staccato screening, a stochastic screening process that offers fine detail, high fidelity and improved color and halftone stability. All of your work is output on a technological computer-to-plate (CTP) system to achieve the optimum quality and save you time and money in the prepress process.

Eight Color Printing

Our full-service pressroom offers single, to eight color printing with sheet sizes up to 28 x 40. Varnishing, spot colors and aqueous coating are used to further enhance your printed piece. All of our presses are equipped with infra-red drying systems and computer-operating consoles, which will expedite make-ready, maintain quality and reduce turnaround time on the press.

Whether you need a single color flyer, a complex multicolor brochure, magazine, catalog or book, our presses handle it.

Your direct mail campaign will be enhanced by our new Mailcrafters six stage automated inserter  which can insert up to six pieces into a #10 commercial envelope. We are a one stop source for all your direct mailing campaign needs: folding, inserting, shrinkwrapping and inline postage application can benefit your company by saving time and money.  We also offer electronic mail list conversion, digital inkjet addressing, in-line wafer sealing.
