Heidelberg Stahlfolder

This technologically advanced folder features full automation, reduced setup times and increased capabilities for sheets up to 30 x 50 inches.

With full digital processing and control, our Stahlfolder allows for a broader range of paper sizes and folding methods - all automated. Also, your job information and setup can now be archived for future repeat processing.

Binding

Our Mueller Martini 8 pocket Saddle Stitcher with cover feeder will flawlessly bind with four staple stitch capacity, brochures, catalogs and booklets up to
12 x 18 inches.

Other binding options include, perfect binding and
smyth (hard book) binding, wire-o, spirol, and plastic comb.
We also offer finishing services of automated inserting and shrinkwrapping.


Direct Mail
We do it with a state-of-the-art computerized systems for national address verification of mailing lists. This process produces CASS/DPV certified post office bar coding, which allows for automated pre-sorting and lower postage rates. The processing and printing of high quality addresses on each piece is accomplished by the digital integration of our Marconi ink jet addressing system. Certified postal experts on site to assure that your mailing meets the complex and ever-changing postal requirements of the United States Postal Service.
